LimoLeads (operated by Limo Affiliate Network, "LAN") provides a marketplace connecting transportation posters with operators. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

• Account info: name, company name, email, phone, country, service cities, vehicle types.
• Job & lead data: requests posted, bids submitted, leads claimed, ratings and reviews.
• Payment info: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We store only a token and last-four — never full card numbers.
• Usage data: log data, device info, and limited analytics to operate and improve the Service.
• Communications: emails and in-app messages between you and us, or between users when routed through the platform.

• Match leads with qualified operators in the right cities and vehicle classes.
• Charge for paid leads, manage caps, and prevent fraud.
• Display public profiles (company name, cities, vehicles, ratings, reviews) in the directory.
• Send transactional and account notifications by email and in-app.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We share information with: (a) other users as needed to fulfill leads and jobs (e.g., poster contact info shared with the operator who claims the lead); (b) service providers who run our infrastructure (hosting, email, payments); (c) authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Your operator profile — company name, service cities, vehicle types, average rating, and recent reviews — is visible to other registered users via the directory. Do not include private information in your public profile fields.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling them may break parts of the Service.

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to comply with legal, tax, and dispute-resolution requirements. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and database row-level security. No system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the support channel.

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

The Service is operated from the United States. By using it, you consent to your information being processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.
