Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LimoLeads ("the Service", operated by Limo Affiliate Network / "LAN", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter contracts. Operators must be properly licensed, permitted, and insured to provide ground transportation in every city they list as a service area. LAN does not verify operator credentials and is not responsible for doing so.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.

• Each lead claimed costs $1.00 USD, charged to the operator's card on file at the moment of claim — regardless of whether the operator wins the job.
• Operators may set daily/weekly caps and pause receiving leads at any time.
• A valid payment method is required to claim paid leads after any free-trial period ends.
• Refunds are issued only for invalid leads (e.g., fake contact info, duplicate of a lead already paid for, lead outside the operator's service area). Disputes must be filed within 7 days of the charge.

Leads are first offered to operators with a card on file in matching cities and vehicle types. If fewer than three such operators are available, the lead may be offered to registered operators without a card on a 30-minute window — claiming requires adding a card. Unclaimed leads are released to the open job board.

The open board allows posters to receive bids from any qualified operator. LAN is not a party to any transaction between posters and operators and does not guarantee bookings, pricing, quality, or completion. All agreements are directly between the poster and the operator.

Operators must respond promptly and professionally, honor quoted pricing, and provide service that meets industry standards. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, fraudulent bidding, harassment, or attempts to circumvent the platform may result in suspension and forfeiture of any prepaid balance.

Posters may rate operators after a job. Reviews must be honest, lawful, and free of personal attacks. We may remove reviews that violate these standards. Public profile pages may display your company name, service cities, vehicle types, average rating, and recent reviews.

All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except as expressly described in Section 4. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the Service or transactions with other users. Card processing is performed by our payment provider; by saving a card, you authorize us to charge it for paid leads you claim.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by LAN and protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LAN DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY MINIMUM NUMBER OR QUALITY OF LEADS, JOBS, OR EARNINGS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAN'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LAN IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. LAN IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF OPERATORS OR POSTERS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LAN, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your interactions or transactions with any other user.

You may close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or for conduct we reasonably believe is harmful. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., fees owed, IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LAN is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
